Adding Breaklines to a Surface

     Breaklines แนวเส้นที่บังคับกำหนดการสร้างพื้นผิวให้เป็นไปตามแนวที่กำหนดไว้ เส้น TIN จะไม่สามารถที่จะข้ามแนวนี้ได้จึงทำให้พื้นผิว(Surface triangulation)หรืออีกอย่างหนึ่งแนวเส้นนี้จะเกิดเป็นอีกด้านหนึ่งของ TIN
      Breaklines จากการที่กำหนดเป็นด้านหนึ่งของ TIN ที่จะใช้กำหนดการสร้างพื้นผิว จุดยอดของเส้นนี้จะมีส่วนสำคัญในนำมาคำนวณ(Interpolation)การสร้างเส้นชั้นความสูง(Contour)
     Breaklines สามารถที่จะสร้างจาก 3D lines หรือ 3D polylines จุดยอดของเส้น Bteaklines ทุกจุดจะแปลงเป็น TIN ซึ่งเป็นจุดที่มีค่าพิกัดฉากทุกตำแหน่ง

  วิธีการเพิ่มเส้น Breaklines

     การเพิ่มเส้น Breaklines ในพื้นผิวเริ่มแรกลาก Polylines ตามแนวจุดสำรวจที่จะสร้างแนวเส้น Breaklines หลังจากขั้นดำเนินการตามขั้นตอน

Display the source polylines and change the surface style เลือกแสดงรูปแบบพื้นผิว
1. Home tab > Layers panel > Layer drop-down. เลือก _EG_BREAKLINES layer
2. Select the surface. Right-click > Surface Properties.(เลือก Surfce ที่สร้างพื้นผิวคลิกขวา)
3. Surface Properties dialog box > Information tab > for Surface
Style, select Contours and Triangles. Click OK 

             

  Create breaklines from the polylines, การสร้างเส้น Breaklines

1. In Toolspace, on the Prospector tab, expand the Surfaces > Surface >
Definition collections. Right-click Breaklines. Click Add.
Or Modify > Surface > expand the Surfaces  > Click Add Data > Breaklines
    
              

2. In the Add Breaklines dialog box, for Description,(Or use the default values for the other fields). Click OK.ใส่รายระเอียดของ Breaklines หรือยึดตาม Default แล้ว กดตกลง3. The Select Objects prompt becomes active, Enter  เลือก Polylines ทีลากเส้นไว้ในตอนต้น Enter
แนวเส้นชั้นความสูงจะเปลี่ยนไปตามแนว Brakelines
